An undiscovered synagogue? The recovery of this decorated lintel beside the wealthy residential area on the western side of Gamla, distant from the exposed synagogue, suggests the existence of another synagogue. The inscribed ornamentation consists of a six-pointed rosette flanked by two palm trees (upside down in this photo).
