Above one entrance to the Meroth synagogue, a lintel was decorated with this tabula ansata, a common design motif to contain an inscription. However, this tabula ansata is empty. In the reconstruction drawing, the artist shows this tabula ansata above the entrance doorway to the right of the central doorway.
