A plan of the part of Jerusalem’s Old City wall from which the remains of the Nea church protrude. We can see the southeast corner of the church and its southern apse extending below the south wall of the Old City. Adjacent to the church are the remains of the ancient hospice described by Procopius. The reader should be able to locate on this plan the accompanying excavation pictures.
